We at Bakken Service are experiencing good demand for our services, and have many exciting projects underway in 2025. We work a lot with private gardens around the Follo region, Oslo and the surrounding area, but we are also working more and more for housing cooperatives and commercial customers. We work mostly with outdoor projects, but also have some rehabilitation.

Going forward, we will have increased focus and investment in excavation and mass transport in Eastern Norway. We have offices in Enebakk, but a base for machinery and equipment in Kråkstad. The projects will mainly be southeast of Oslo with a main focus on the Follo region.

We are committed to quality at all levels and believe in a well-knit team where each individual is professionally strong in their field.

We are looking for a versatile driver with a BE certificate who also has experience as an excavator operator.

As a driver, you will operate one of our pickup trucks and your work will include:

• Machine moving with machine trailer
• Collection and delivery of materials with a tipper trailer
• Delivery and collection of equipment and materials for projects with cabinet trailers and goods trailers

As a machine operator, your work will include:

• Excavator driving
• Groundwork
• Driving mini dumpers
• Driving a small wheel loader

Some of the work will be done together with others in a team. On some smaller projects, however, you will work completely independently and carry out both transport and machine operation on your own.

The projects consist of, among other things:

• Outdoor projects, with both green and gray
• Drainage
• Water supply and stormwater management
• Planning and foundation
• Masonry layout – granite, slate and natural stone masonry
• Mass transportation

Features that are important to us:

• Experience as a driver and excavator operator
• Preferably a certificate in the machine operator profession
• Professionally skilled with a focus on quality and professional pride
• Good communication skills towards customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently, but also in a team
